Quote: the Promise...

1.16.2014

The most glorious moments in your life are not the so-called days of success,
but rather those days when out of dejection and despair
you feel rise in you a challenge to life,
and the promise of future accomplishments.

  1. This is so true, but sadly, many fail to see the silver lining when at their lowest points. So e would rather give up, than hang in for the longer haul.

  2. There is always something to be grateful for. We only need to look beyond the circumstances.

  3. Catherine, thanks for visiting our blog, we always enjoy comments as well. We will be visiting DC next month to see long-time friends and a belated birthday celebration (for myself). Hopefully, the rain will be gone by then! I continue to enjoy your visual imagery very much. And, now a question, have you ever considered removing the verification process for people to leave a comment?

  4. To know the happiness of light, we must go through some darkness. Love the window both ways!

  5. The exposure in that first photo is spot on! Not easy to do with window light. Thanks for visiting Camper. The blog was originally Krista's {my daughter} but about three years ago we decided to work on it together and sometimes my granddaughter, Campbell, contributes. It is our multigenerational blog. Krista posts twice a week and I do most other days of the week. Hope to see you again. And I love your site!

  8. It is important to still feel that challenge rise, it is what shows that you are still alive and willing to move on! Hugs,
